This website is intended to share different aspects of special education in schools. There are many issues in today’s society with special education and proper accommodations for students with special needs. This website defines particular issues and elaborates on their importance in regards to special education. The four tabs on the top of this page navigate to these mentioned issues, with the information provided within each issue used to educate the audience on potential resolutions. The resolutions shed light on what can be most beneficial to special needs students within the special education programs. Students with special needs are often looked over in regards to changes in their programs, with not much importance placed on the enhancement of their education to better suit their particular conditions. In most special education programs, students with varying learning disabilities are placed in the same classes despite having different degrees of learning problems.

The way society today has structured the educational and financial aspects for these students are often skewed. There are more opportunities available to enhance the prosperity and success of special needs students throughout all stages of their learning experience. The topic of special needs students is important because these students are not offered all that they could have to live up to their maximum potential. Their education lacks in various ways, and most of these reasons can be easily altered to enable the students to learn more. Special needs students are often times looked over and not much faith is put into their education. As parents, teachers, peers, community members, educational administrators, and friends, we need to do everything we can to ensure that all students (special needs students included) can have the best educations possible. We need to prepare ourselves for the future and there are numerous ways to do so, starting with better preparing all students for life in today’s society.
